Pork Tenderloin Kabobs

What You’ll Need
- 2 Prairie Fresh® pork tenderloins
- 1 package Prairie Fresh® bacon
- 2-3 bell peppers
- 1 package mushrooms
- 1 package cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Wood skewers
Directions
- Heat grill to 350 F. Soak skewers in water.
- Trim fat and silverskin from pork tenderloins and cut into cubes. Slice onion and bell peppers into squares. Remove skewers from water.
- Skewer bacon, skewer cubed tenderloin, then skewer vegetables.
- Weave bacon around tenderloin and vegetables and repeat the process.
- Place kabobs on the grill, rotating occasionally.
- Remove from grill when internal temperature of pork is 145 F.
- Enjoy with ShedSpred BBQ sauce or your favorite local BBQ sauce.
