What You’ll Need
4 lbs. cooked Daily's® ham, sliced
10 oz. Gouda cheese
2 bunches watercress leaves
As needed, butter
24 slices rye or multi grain bread
8 oz. / 2 bunches Arugula leaves
3/4 cup Green Goddess Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Fresh chives or minced scallions
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
To taste, salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry, and minced

Directions
On 12 slices of bread, distribute ham. Top with cheese, Arugula and watercress.
Dollop on Green Goddess Dressing. Top with remaining bread slices.
Heat butter in skillet. Add sandwiches, browning on each side about 3 minutes. Halve sandwiches and serve.
GREEN GODDESS DRESSSING
Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
