What You’ll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups baked crispy Prairie Fresh® bone-in pork loin roast, diced
  • 1/4 cup reserve drippings from loin roast, if available
  • Two 16—ounce cans large lima beans
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt 

Directions

Saute diced onion in oil over low to medium heat until soft. Add remaining ingredients in pan, and let simmer until heated through. Salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
