What You’ll Need
- 2 strips Prairie Fresh® bacon (chopped)
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 avocados (smashed)
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Microgreens (for garnish, optional)
Directions
- Toast your slices of whole-grain bread.
- Cook bacon on stove top to desired doneness, and then roughly chop.
- Top whole-grain toast with avocado, chopped bacon, pomegranate, and pumpkin seeds. Garnish with freshly cracked pepper and microgreens.
