What You’ll Need
- Prairie Fresh® pork tenderloin
- Brown sugar
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Using a gas or charcoal grill, heat the grill to 350 F.
- Coat outside of tenderloin liberally with brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Let tenderloin sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place tenderloin on the grill for 25 minutes (turning every 8 minutes) or until internal temperature is 145 F.
- Pull off grill and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
